Taxes are not expected to rise in order to pay for new Event Centre in Medicine Hat… unless city and private sector miss a $10 million fundraising goal laid out in a funding proposal that will be presented today.

The Corporate Services Committee will discuss and decide on the proposal this afternoon at their regular meeting at City Hall.
