Calgary Real Estate Board statistics from April show the largest of those communities — Airdrie — saw real estate resales fall about eight per cent year over year. Fort Saskatchwan City Council passed the 2025 Property Tax Bylaw at the May 13th meeting. With an approved operating budget of $100.2 million and a capital budget of $14.2 million, the average residential property will see an estimated 5.40% increase in the municipal portion of property taxes.
