Premier Jim Prentice is leaving the guesswork to reporters after an  interim supply bill tabled this week shows the Alberta government is earmarking $28 million for the chief electoral officer.  “I’ll let you speculate on that.  I think it’s important the the chief electoral officer be properly funded.”
