CALGARY — A BMO Bank of Montreal survey released Monday says 23 per cent of Alberta businesses plan to hire this year a recent graduate as a permanent employee.

The survey also showed 16 per cent plan to hire a recent graduate as a paid intern and 28 per cent plan to hire a paid summer student.
