A University of Alberta think-tank says the province is in for a “slew of boom time problems” if the province doesn’t quell swelling development.

The Parkland Institute says Alberta is seeing unprecedented levels of production and investment in Alberta’s oilsands, and it’s having detrimental impacts across the board.
