The fate of Dover’s proposed oilsands operation near Fort McKay is still uncertain, after the president of Athabasca Oil Corp. announced his resignation Monday morning.

Bryan Gould, who joined AOC in 2009 after leaving Shell Canada, was appointed to the position in November.
