Lethbridge residents could soon enjoy a leisure water centre, a modern performing arts theatre and more new facilities – if they’re willing to pay higher taxes.

That point was made clear Monday, as city council began to consider its Capital Improvement Plan options. Decisions on which projects proceed and which fail are expected by week’s end.
