With health care centres in rural areas suffering due to physician shortages, Peace River, Alta. has not seen a problem yet. Elaine Manzer who chairs the Peace Regional Healthcare Attraction and Retention Committee expressed that the committee works diligently every year to attract and retain healthcare workers to the Peace River hospital.
