Ball asking council to decide fate of deferred twin ice rinks at Abraham’s Landing

The fate of a plan to build twin ice rinks in Abraham’s Landing could be decided soon after a seven year hiatus when council deferred the project in 2016. Councillor Ken Ball plans to ask council at the Feb. 28 meeting to ask administration to study if the Northside Recreation Centre, which includes two ice rinks, should be built.
