Commercial building permit values for September have increased by approximately $1.75 million over the same time last year. Contributing to the increase was a permit issued to PCL Construction Management Inc. for a swimming pool enclosure at the Sheraton Hotel valued at $2.1 million. Industrial building permit values also increased this month by more than $2 million.
