CALGARY — The value of building permits in the Calgary region reached $520.8 million in February, according to Statistics Canada.

The federal agency reported Tuesday that permits were up 32.0 per cent on a monthly basis and by 18.2 per cent year-over-year for the Calgary census metropolitan area.
