Toronto led Canada’s big four markets in luxury home sales over the summer, says the Top Tier Real Estate Report from Sotheby’s International Realty Canada. In the other three markets, Vancouver showed measured renewal, Montreal posted modest gains and Calgary is still awaiting a luxury market recovery.
