China’s first Sino-U.S. university launches new institute for real estate

SHANGHAI, Aug. 24 (Xinhua) — New York University Shanghai (NYU Shanghai) has co-founded a new academic institute in Shanghai with the New York University School of Professional Studies (NYUSPS) to focus on real estate research in China and other emerging markets.
