The 2015 draft budget calls for Cochrane’s debt load to increase 211 per cent. That’s only one aspect of the budget that also calls for a 2.9 per cent municipal tax increase, a slight increase in town manpower and a 3.2 per cent cost of living wage increase for qualifying employees.
