Q: My mother lives in a three-building condo complex, all four-storey, multiple-unit buildings. The second building was built with only one elevator, and now they want to build a second elevator and have all of the owners in all of the buildings pay for it. It is my opinion that only the owners in that building should have to pay for the additional elevator.
