While here in the Cochrane area there is concern with the lowering of the Ghost Lake reservoir as well as questions surrounding the Springbank off-stream reservoir, Calgary residents in Elbow and Bow rivers communities attending flood mitigation open houses, May 27 and 28, greeted the two initiatives with applause and cheers.
