Council approves selection of architectural team for Phase 2 of Crossings Leisure Complex

Detailed design work will begin soon on Phase 2 of the Crossings Leisure Complex, after city council approved the selection of an architectural team for the project. The $5.4-million contract for design and consulting services has been awarded to the highest-evaluated and lowest-cost proponent, Diamond Schmitt Architects, of Toronto, in association with BR2 Architecture, of Edmonton. Detailed design work for Phase 2 is to begin later this month, and is expected to be complete by late fall of 2015.
