Following the announcement at Sept. 11’s council meeting that the deal for the James Walker Trail road alignment has been signed, council gave final land use approval for Southbow Landing and Precedence and Rivercrest closed its public hearing for phase one as the final piece for the Bow River bridge project fell into place.
