Despite a few “friendly amendments,” council unanimously approved the new land-use bylaw at Tuesday night’s regular council meeting.

Bylaw C10-13, has been presented to council multiple times over the last few months, but it wasn’t until this week that city council felt comfortable enough with the document to fully adopt it.
