The mayor and council will debate tax relief for the troubled Hillview Condominiums in Abasand at their upcoming council meeting on Tuesday. The 42-building, 214-unit complex was destroyed in the 2016 Horse River Wildfire and has undergone a costly rebuild that has left many of the original unit owners bankrupt or financially ruined.
