EDMONTON – Edmonton-area employers are in a hiring mood this spring, according to the latest survey by Manpower.

The staffing firm said 31 per cent of employers plan to hire between April and June, while four per cent anticipate cutbacks. Another 65 per cent plan to maintain current staffing levels.
