EDMONTON – Janelle Herbert is getting ready for what she believes may be one last attempt to save Riverbend Gardens, her family’s farm and greenhouse located almost at the city limits in northeast Edmonton.

An area structure plan for the area known as Horse Hills is going to council for a public hearing Monday.
