Until Fort Macleod acquires a completely new town council, including the head honcho, the municipality will continue to deteriorate. Taxes are being spent foolishly on raw land, the town-owned electrical equipment fails repeatedly, intersection signs are hidden by shrubbery, unusually thin pavement on the streets allows a variety of plants to thrive.
