With a crowd surrounding him, Joel Acton, and his wife Sibylle, made the official announcement that Dukes Country Club and Mingles on Main pub and eatery will be closing their doors as of Oct. 12, during a small media conference held Tuesday, at the restaurant and bar’s location on 101 Avenue.
