Government not pushing ‘panic button’ after Total shelves $11 billion Joslyn project: Horner

EDMONTON – Finance Minister Doug Horner said Tuesday the government “isn’t pushing any panic buttons” after Total E & P decided to shelve an $11 billion megaproject and the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers issued sour projections for Alberta’s oilpatch.
