Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation recently released their report on housing starts for February, and Lethbridge starts are on the rise

The city saw an increase in all areas. For February 2013, starts for single-detached homes were at 44, up from 33 the year before. All other housing starts had gone up from 8 to 12, for a total of 56 homes last month and 41 in February 2012.
