The Canadian dollar could plunge to its lowest level since the depths of the financial crisis, according to a new report from CIBC World Markets. Economists at CIBC see the loonie falling to 85 cents US in the third quarter of 2015, as Canada and the U.S. appear set to diverge on rate decisions.
