EDMONTON – Edmonton filmmaker Paula Kirman followed three lively little girls playing in their favourite places in an inner city neighbourhood with a reputation for crime, poverty and rundown houses. The youngsters showed her a much brighter place full of kids and soccer teams, busy parks, rinks and thriving businesses and neighbours who know each other.
