Parkland County is making the news in the capital region with area residents expressing concern over a proposed designated Off Highway Vehicle (OHV) park at the popular Hells Half Acre area.

OHV’s include snowmobiles, quads, mini bikes and any additional means of transportation built for cross country travel on land powered by means other than by muscule or wind power.
