Dave Logan and Dennis Battig, long-time friends, recently launched Innovative Earth Contracting Ltd., which uses energy efficient, natural resources such as ‘rammed earth’ instead of traditional materials when building homes. The ‘rammed earth’ method uses earth and gravel to create structures with Styrofoam in the centre acting as insulation.
