Prentice forms special budget committee to deal with falling oil prices

Premier Jim Prentice has appointed a seven-member cabinet committee — dubbed the Bad News Bears by the NDP — to lay the foundation for next year’s provincial budget and announced efforts to reduce in-year spending.
