Monday will mark the beginning of the end for the city’s bid to annex certain county land. The Municipal Government Board (MGB), an independent and impartial quasi-judicial board, will proceed over a public annexation hearing beginning at 10 a.m. at the Stonebridge Hotel in Grande Prairie.
