New research has indicated that almost almost two-thirds of investors in the GCC region describe themselves as having some or a strong level of investment knowledge. In addition, the research has shown that 75% of GCC investors have invested in property in their home country at some point in time making the real estate sector the most popular investment option in the GCC.
