Data has finally come in regarding housing starts and the economic outlook for Lethbridge & Area in 2014. Over all, in 2013 Lethbridge saw a slight dip in housing starts. Single family starts saw a dip of 2.4% and multi-family saw an increase of 0.9% over 2012.
