Grande Prairie was not one of the municipalities included in the April Rent Report from Rentals.ca and Urbanation, with prices in the municipality being less than rent in Regina, which came in 35th out of the 35 municipalities reported. In April a one-bedroom apartment in Grande Prairie on average cost $1,010 and a two-bedroom apartment on average cost $1,309 which is up month over month, with rent for a two-bedroom in March costing $1,193. In comparison, a one-bedroom apartment in April in Regina was on average $1,091 and a two-bedroom was $1,328.
