Despite opposition from Mayor Ivan Brooker and Councillor Ross Watson, the final part of Councillors Jeff Toews and Gaynor Levisky’s Community Enhancement amendments that calls for sideyard setbacks for R-1 lots to be increase by one foot to a total of five feet passed at the Oct. 24 town council meeting.
