Staples: Car commuters may grumble, but LRT is the best route

EDMONTON – There’s a fear out there that the new $1.8 billion Valley Line LRT to Mill Woods will make a total mess of traffic, taking up lanes now used by cars and trucks, causing snarled intersections along its route.
