EDMONTON – In the group photograph of Edmonton’s new city council taken before Tuesday’s official swearing-in ceremony, Coun. Ed Gibbons stood at the right hand of new Mayor Don Iveson. Gibbons’ position was appropriate, not just because of his tenure on council.
