Wednesday morning marked the annual State of the City address by Mayor Gale Katchur, when she described the Fort as “an engaged, vibrant and thriving community.”

And with much work set for the future, Katchur emphasized a point of change for the city.

“If you think 2012 was big, 2013 will be even bigger,” she said.
