FM radio station tests Fort airwaves

Like the creator of Frankenstein’s monster, the operators of Fort Saskatchewan’s new FM radio station could hardly be faulted if they screamed, ‘it’s alive, it’s alive,” as the pulse of electricity flows through the airwaves on the 107.9 FM frequency.

“We’re testing our signal and if all goes well we will be launching in mid to late November,” said Andrew Nakonechny, program director of CKFT radio which will broadcast on the frequency.
