CALGARY – The Calgary International Airport has posted another year of record-setting passenger numbers.

Statistics released by the airport on Thursday show 13.6 million passengers travelled through YYC in 2012, a six per cent increase over last year. The growth is a continuation of an ongoing trend — year-over-year passenger volumes at the Calgary airport have increased in eight of the last nine years, with the exception of 2009.
