When it comes to property taxes, low-income housing projects will be treated like every other building under construction, the city’s corporate services committee decided Tuesday.

The City of Grande Prairie was pondering the idea after a request from local developer Brad Cameron, who is current in the midst of building an affordable housing project on 102 Street across from St. Joseph’s Church.
