Egg processing facility being built in North Lethbridge

Egg Processing Innovations Cooperative is constructing an egg processing facility in Lethbridge.

The facility, which will open in the former Alpha Milk plant in North Lethbridge’s industrial park, will process a variety of egg products, but will specialize in liquid eggs. Production will begin with 5 products—liquid eggs, boiled and peeled eggs, dried egg shell, membrane, and free-range liquid egg products.
