EDMONTON – There’s no way to tell if the farm lands reserved in the Horse Hill plan will be viable, Coun. Ben Henderson said on the second day of a public hearing.

“I am frustrated,” he said.

The Horse Hill area structure plan says it will reserve more than 200 hectares of land, but some of that land has a provincial highway marked as running right through it.
