Residents in a northeast community aren’t soothed by the Calgary Drop-In Centre’s latest sales pitch to transform a former hotel into low-income housing for the centre’s homeless clients.

Officials with the Drop-In hosted an information session Monday evening at the former Quality Hotel, at Edmonton Trail and McKnight Boulevard N.E., to show off new plans for the housing project.
