Bicycle/pedestrian path to be developed along Hwy 8
The development of a pathway adjacent to Highway 8 is on to the next phase in its development, said Jeff Quigley, municipal lands specialist for Rocky View County.
But they have to wait until the county announces the 2013 budget in April before proceeding further, he added.
“We’re taking baby steps,” said Quigley. “We’re making progress, but the development involves a lot of stakeholders. Construction is not something we’re looking at right now.”
