A new commercial development in the works for the Timberlea area of Fort McMurray has had residents buzzing excitedly over the past few days.

Stonecreek Village will be located off Prospect Drive, and is scheduled to have its occupants open for business in early 2014. The development is 135,000 sq. ft. of retail space, along with 72,000 sq. ft. of office space, with 800 total parking stalls.
