Epcor reports $45 million profit in solid quarter

EDMONTON – Epcor Utilities reported a profit of $45 million on revenues of $469 million in the period ending June 30, a big improvement from a $20 million loss for the same period last year, when a hit from its Capital Power investment dragged down the bottom line.
