Vision for Queen Mary Park development blurs over time

When Derrick Forsythe moved to Queen Mary Park in 1994, the central neighbourhood along 107 Avenue was rich with liquor stores, pawn shops and industrial buildings — similar to 124 Street a few blocks west. But 20 years later, the latter is quickly becoming the city’s best dining destination. And Queen Mary Park? Though the demographics have changed, little else has.
