Once Alberta Environment gives its stamp of approval for a pipeline from Aldersyde the Wind Walk development will be almost ready to go. The Town received poor advice from their lawyers and spent way to much time and money fighting the development all the way to the Supreme Court. Now we have little chance of annexation for this development, at least over the foreseeable future, so let’s move on.
